What forms of payment do you accept?

Online we accept the following credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You have the option during checkout to use our standard checkout form, or Google's quick & easy checkout process. Either method works, is 100% safe and secure, and will insure a speedy delivery of your goods.

In store we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cold hard cash.

Can I phone my order in?

Yes you can, but only when someone is here to pick up the phone. Please check out our contact page for the current store hours.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only if the order is being shipped within the state of California. Tax rates will vary from county to county.

Can I pickup my order at your store?

Certainly. During checkout, please select In Store Pickup as your shipping option. In the notes section of your order, give an estimate of when we can expect you to pick up your items. Please check out our contact page for the current store hours.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Call or email ( as soon as you can. We pride ourselves on speedy shipping, and usually make every effort to ship items as soon as we possibly can. Our same-day guaranteed shipping cutoff time is 1pm PST, but your order still may ship out the same day even if placed after 1pm.

Can you ship Internationally?
